1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Parties

Supplier: Lok IT SAS with registered office at 2, Avenue Nicolas Aussel, Antibes, 06160 - France (hereinafter also referred to as "Supplier"). Customer: the person identified by the data entered at the time of registration and acceptance of these general conditions and in this regard the guarantees referred to in article 9 are valid.

Subject

Through the website www.elok.bike, the Supplier makes a virtual shelf available to the Customer from which it is possible to view online and purchase the devices from the same products and related accessories and services. Each product / service is accompanied by a technical data sheet, which indicates its main characteristics in brief and the technical specifications. The Customer will be able to view the electronic catalog and the offers of the Supplier but will be able to access the purchase functions only by registering and accepting these conditions of sale and by entering the "username" (or User-ID) and "password for identification" that the system issues to each customer at the end of the registration.

Nature of the relationship and cases of non-applicability of consumer protection regulations.

Prices

Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all prices indicated are "VAT included" in the section dedicated to individuals and "VAT excluded" in the business section and expressed in Euro. Payment

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Once the purchase order has been forwarded, the customer will receive from Lok IT SAS an e-mail message confirming the receipt of the purchase order and containing information relating to the main characteristics of the purchased good, a detailed indication of the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes and means of payment and containing a reference to the general terms and conditions, the detailed privacy policy and information about the existence of the right of withdrawal, the conditions and methods of its exercise displayed on the site.

5. PRODUCTS DELIVERY

The purchased good, together with the relevant invoice, is delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer at the time of the online order. Any specific needs must be proposed by the customer to Lok IT SAS at the time of placing the order. Lok IT SAS guarantees delivery of the goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the transaction. If Lok IT SAS fails to guarantee delivery within the aforementioned terms, an additional 10% discount will be applied to the total cost of the reference Lok IT SAS items. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, at the address indicated by him in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (Lok IT SAS).

The procedure takes place in two stages:

  • sending the product return authorization form (RMA) to Lok IT SAS, using the appropriate form that can be downloaded from the site;
  • the supplier, once the form has been received, will send the appropriate authorization with the instructions for sending, via a traceable system, the product being returned. Upon receipt of the non-functioning product, the Supplier checks its conditions and assesses whether it is actually possible to replace / repair the product, with shipping costs borne by Lok IT SAS, or if the guarantee must be considered not applicable. Lok IT SAS does not provide any guarantee regarding coverage by GPS and telephony services as they are not provided by the same but by third parties.

7. GUARANTEES GIVEN BY THE CUSTOMER

The Customer guarantees, assuming all inherent responsibility and holding the Supplier harmless from any detrimental consequence, that his / her data, provided upon acceptance of these general conditions, are true and allow to identify the true identity of the Customer himself. it also undertakes to immediately inform the Supplier in writing, including by e-mail, of any changes in the data provided. 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the electronic order receipt. The costs of returning the goods to Lok IT SAS. are the responsibility of the customer. 12. COMMUNICATIONS

The Customer accepts that the notification and communications relating to all online services (including those relating to purchase orders) are made by the Supplier in electronic format and e-mail (electronic mail) and via Web service, recognizes their full validity and expressly waives as of now to disclaim the content of the declarations sent and / or received in electronic format. 15. REFERENCE

Although not expressly provided for in this contract, the law of France applies exclusively.
